Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to Mura Band reservations placed through the Mura Shopify storefront and paid through Stripe. Read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Contact Information, and Legal Notice.

1. Seller and contact details

The seller is Frame Wearable, Inc., registered in Delaware, United States under registration number 10728944. Its registered office is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. Customer and reservation correspondence should be sent to 2810 N Church St, STE 89620, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, United States.

Questions and reservation requests can be sent to support@muraband.com. Never send payment-card details or private medical information.

2. Eligibility and reservation formation

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid delivery address in one of the 50 United States or Washington, DC. U.S. territories and international destinations are not supported at launch. A single checkout may include between one and four Mura Band reservations.

Stripe's payment confirmation does not by itself constitute acceptance. Mura accepts your reservation when payment succeeds and Mura or Stripe issues a confirmation to the email address you provide. Mura may reject or cancel a reservation before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, an unsupported address, an inventory error, or an inability to supply the product. If Mura cancels, it will refund every amount paid.

3. What your reservation secures

Each $99 reservation holds one Mura Band. The $99 reservation payment is charged at checkout, is fully refundable if you cancel before shipment, and is not the full purchase price. Mura will not charge any later amount without first disclosing the final purchase terms and obtaining your separate authorization. A reservation is not an investment, subscription, membership, donation, research participation, or payment for medical services. There are no recurring charges.

The color selected on the storefront is passed to Stripe as a reservation reference and Mura will confirm the preference by email. If a selected color cannot be supplied, Mura will offer an available alternative or a full refund.

Mura is completing final engineering, system integration, wearability refinement, and production preparation. Final specifications may change. If Mura proposes a material change, it will explain the change and ask you to accept it by a stated deadline or cancel for a full refund. If you do not accept by that deadline, Mura will cancel the unshipped reservation and refund it automatically.

4. Reservation payment, tax, and shipping

The amount charged at checkout is $99 per reserved unit, plus any applicable sales tax displayed before payment. Standard shipping to supported U.S. addresses is included at no additional charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. Mura receives payment status and identifiers but does not receive or store your full card number.
