Shipping policy

Where we ship

Mura currently ships to valid addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and international destinations are not supported for this launch.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is included at no additional charge when the reserved Mura Band ships. The $99 charged today is a refundable reservation payment, not the full product purchase price. If an optional expedited service becomes available later, its price and terms will be shown before you choose it.

Estimated shipping date

Mura Band reservations are currently estimated to ship in Spring 2027. This is an estimated shipping window, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. Transit time begins after dispatch and depends on the carrier and destination.

Mura is still in development and final engineering, manufacturing, quality, safety, and regulatory work may affect timing. We will send material reservation and shipping updates to the email address supplied at checkout.

Shipping delays

If Mura expects not to meet the current estimated window, we will email you before the window ends. The notice will explain the reason, provide a revised estimate where one can reasonably be given, and include a free way to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

For a first delay with a definite revised shipping date no more than 30 days after the current estimated window, the notice may explain that no response will be treated as agreement to that short delay. A longer or indefinite delay, or any further delay, requires your agreement by the stated deadline. If we do not receive that agreement, we will automatically cancel the unshipped reservation and refund every amount paid.

Address changes

Review your shipping address carefully at checkout. To request a change before shipment, email support@muraband.com from the reservation email and include the purchaser name and Stripe receipt or payment reference. We will confirm whether the address can be changed. Once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Dispatch, tracking, and multiple-unit reservations

We will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking information when available. Multiple Mura Bands in one reservation may be shipped together or in separate parcels at no additional standard-shipping charge.

Delivery and risk of loss

Mura remains responsible for loss or damage until the reserved product is delivered to the shipping address you provide. If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, or if it is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly. We may ask for photographs or other information reasonably needed to investigate.

After reasonable verification, Mura will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost and will pay authorized return shipping for a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
